Profit First DIY Program Agreement

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Profit First DIY Program (“the Program”) provided by Kim Macdonald & Co (“the Mentor”). By enrolling in the Program, you (“the Participant”) agree to the following:

1. Nature of the Program

• The Program is a general education and mentoring program designed to teach you the principles of the Profit First method and provide tools for implementation.

• The Program does not constitute financial, accounting, taxation, or legal advice.

• It is imperative that you consult with your own Accountant, Tax Agent, or Financial Advisor regarding any matters specific to your business, including (but not limited to) business structure, tax obligations, and bespoke financial circumstances.

2. Participant Responsibilities

By joining the Program, you agree to:

• Show up and engage with the content in good faith.

• Be open to learning and trying a new way of working with money, even if it may seem counterintuitive at first.

• Take full responsibility for implementing actions and completing any exercises or tasks.

• Reach out within your free 30-minute check-in session (to be used within the first 8 weeks of purchase) if you have questions or require clarification.

3. Support Included

• The Program is self-paced and delivered via pre-recorded content.

• One complimentary 30-minute support session is included if booked within 8 weeks of purchase (valued at $90 + GST).

• Ongoing one-on-one mentoring is not included but may be arranged separately at a discounted rate if requested.

4. Program Access and Bonuses

• You will receive access to the DIY Kickstart Learning Platform (Value $1500) for as long as the Program is available.

5. Investment and Payment Terms

• Investment options are as outlined at the point of purchase.

• All fees are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

• Payments must be made in full or according to the agreed payment plan.

6. Refund Policy

• Due to the digital and educational nature of the Program, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• Exceptions may be made in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Mentor makes no guarantees of specific financial outcomes.

• The Participant acknowledges that results depend on individual effort, business circumstances, and external factors outside the Mentor’s control.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Mentor disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or costs incurred by the Participant as a result of participation in the Program.

8. Confidentiality

• All Program materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Agreement

By enrolling in and accessing the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
